XTREME Heating & Air Conditioning in Temecula has two openings: one for an EXPERIENCED LEAD HVAC INSTALLER and one for an EXPERIENCED SERVICE TECHNICIAN. Please review and apply below.

Lead installer must have 5-10 years’ experience and know how to install condensing units, heat pump units, package units, fan coils, furnaces, and ductwork. Lead installer must know how to install a job, from beginning to end, including start up. Experience with hydronic systems is a plus.

Service technician must have 5-10 years’ experience. Experience with hydronic systems and mini split systems is a plus.

Lead installers and service technicians are provided with a company truck, WEX gas card, Home Depot card, Lowe's card, Fastrak, and a work cell phone. For your convenience, you get to keep the truck at your residence instead of having to return to the shop every day. You will need your own hand tools.

A clean DMV record is required. A copy of your driving record is required at time of interview. We will also run a background check prior to employment. EPA Certification required. N.A.T.E. Certification is a plus!

We also offer an annual boot allowance up to $250.00. Work shirts are provided.
